Original Apéritif: Bitter, citrusy, and bright. Hints of yuzu and florals. Fresh and satisfyingly bitter, it tastes like summer on the rocks.
Ghia Soda: Earthy, citrusy, and bright.
Lime & Salt: Tart and citrusy with a dash of salt.
Blood Orange: Juicy blood orange with a tart edge.
How To Enjoy
For your first sip of our Aperitif, we recommend our Magic Spritz Formula: 1 part Ghia, 3 parts bubbles of your choice. Try sparkling water, tonic, or even kombucha.

Great Sip
So glad to have found this. My first try I threw too much in thinking it needed ‘watering’ down. But after reading up on it I tried a couple ounces with a squeeze of lemon and a splash of sparkling water. What a perfect sip! My go-to alcohol free summer spritz.

Never thought a non-alcoholic drink would be something to look forward to. These are -- refreshing, bitters are just right, not too sweet, and they look great in a glass. Going dry or dry-ish is not only easier than ever with Ghia, it's fun and delicious, and dazzling too.
